Want to be a Vendor?

If you want to become a new vendor at either fair, please complete the following steps:

1) Contact me (Emily) at ExoticPetFairs@gmail.com to inform me that you're interested in a table.
The Email should include:
-How many tables you want to reserve.
-What you are planning on selling at the fair (types of animals, supplies, etc.).
-What method you plan on paying for the table fee (options listed below).

2) Download and fill out a Vendor Contract here

3) Send me the completed contract by either emailing a scanned copy to me or bringing it with you on the day of the fair.

4) Pay for your table(s). For reserved tables, payment is due by three weeks prior to each event to confirm your spot. After that time, tables will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis. This can be done in one of 3 ways:
-Mailing a check written out to Feathers and Fun (ask for the address through email).
-Sending a payment through PayPal
-Or, I can email you an invoice so you can pay with a card electronically

5) Once these steps are complete, you're ready to go! Vendors may begin setting up two hours before the fair opens to the public.
--> Please do not show up before this time, as we need time to setup the tables.
--> Please bring a table cloth to cover your table(s). Tables are provided.



Table Fees

Tables at the Bird Fairs and Exotic Pet Expos are $35 each for inner spots and $40 for spots against the perimeter/wall.
